2 Questions

1. Why are so many people with a German flag on her jacket running around? (they are not necessarily Germans, one guy in my residence has a German flag on his jacket, too, but he speaks only Spanish and nothing more) (by the way: one's name is "German", a miss spelled Hermann probably???)

2. Why do I get asked every second day: Please, where is that street? Where do I have to get off (in the subway)? Do I look like a portenio? It seems so... (I have to add that lots of European looking people are running around here)
